Protein first, not calories

Most trackers police what you eat. Jai's main number is a floor to reach, not a ceiling to fear — because when you're losing weight, protein is what protects your muscle.

Water, without the nagging

A daily goal you set, a reminder only when you're actually behind, and one word logs a glass. Text "water" and it's counted.

Weigh-ins your way

Daily, weekly, or whenever you feel like it. Jai smooths the noise and shows the trend — and it knows that a flat scale with a shrinking waist is progress, not failure.

A page for your doctor

Weight trend, protein and calorie averages, sessions per week. One page you can print and take to your appointment.

What Jai won't do

Tell you what to eat. Sell you a meal plan. Judge a bad day. Give medical advice. It counts, reminds, and keeps score — that's the job.

Losing weight quickly makes protein and strength matter more, not less. Jai can also keep a private log of a weekly injection day and remind you. Entirely optional, never shared, and invisible to any gym or trainer.

Later, if you want it: Jai is also a personal trainer you can call. Most people start with food and add workouts when they're ready. No rush.
